Is a cleaning package mandatory for all villa reservations?
Yes, a cleaning package is compulsory for all villa bookings of one week or more. The fee is €80.00 in addition to the rental price.
What exactly does the cleaning package include?
The housekeeping package includes complete cleaning of the villa after your stay. This includes cleaning floors, bathrooms, kitchen, changing sheets and towels, as well as preparing the villa for the next tenants.
Can I have a party in the villa I've rented?
No, all parties in the villa must be authorized by the owners. In the event of an unauthorized party, part or all of your deposit may be forfeited. Please contact us in advance to discuss your plans if you are planning a meeting or special event.
Are there any additional charges for visitors beyond those initially booked?
Yes, an additional fee of €10 per person will be charged for each visitor beyond the initial occupants, for more than 2 visitors per day.
What happens if I don't respect the rules of the villa or the rules of the place?
Failure to comply with the rules of the villa or the rules of the location may result in immediate eviction without refund and/or loss of your deposit. We expect our guests to respect the rules to ensure a pleasant experience for all.
Where can I find the specific rules for the villa I've booked?
The specific rules of the villa you have booked will be provided in the rental contract that you will have to sign before your arrival. We encourage you to read them carefully to avoid any misunderstanding.
If I have to cancel my booking, can I get a refund?
Confirmed reservations cannot be refunded. We encourage you to carefully review your travel plans and be sure of your dates before finalizing your reservation. This allows us to guarantee villa availability for our confirmed guests.
Does the villa have air conditioning?
Yes, the villa is equipped with air conditioning. However, please note that air conditioning operation is limited from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., i.e. from evening to morning. Prolonged use of the air conditioning outside these hours may incur additional charges. We encourage our guests to use air conditioning responsibly to save energy and protect the environment.
