Rental Rules

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am.

The deposit cheque may be cashed by the landlord if the tenant refuses to pay the amount required to replace damaged, broken or missing items.

Late departure to be discussed with the owner.

Use of the swimming pool is reserved exclusively for tenants.

Visitors must pay 10 euros per person.

Parties and evenings with music are strictly forbidden in the accommodation.

Failure to comply with this obligation will result in immediate eviction. No refund can be claimed by the tenant.

Persons with children must respect the tranquillity of the premises.

Jacuzzis and swimming pools are not suitable for children under 10. See conditions with the owner.

The presence of dogs, cats or other wild or domestic animals is not tolerated in the apartments.

We check the condition of the villa and that all appliances are in good working order:

Please observe the following instructions to facilitate the inspection:

Empty garbage cans.
Gather bed linen at the foot of the beds.
Gather toilet and beach towels in the shower rooms.
All dishes must be washed and stored in the cupboards, and the dishwasher emptied.
Do not flush toilet paper down the toilet.

Tourist tax: 1 euro per person per day in Deshaies.
Tourist tax: 1.50 euro per person per day in Sainte-Rose.
